a participant joins a MashmeTV room but the user interface does not load completely and it does not go past 95%
The user interface does not fully load while using the supported browser (Chrome)
These problems are usually related to active plugins or installed extensions in the browser used.
After making sure that the browser has access to the camera and microphone. We recommend one of the following solutions:
- clearing cache and temporary files in the browser
- using an incognito window
- using another browser profile, without plugins/extensions
- using another supported browser (participants experiencing these issues with Chrome have confirmed that Edge works ok)
