A customer using MashMeTV finishes an interview and the recording does not upload to room or displays an error.
The recording file does not upload to room after finishing an interview.
Usually this is an end-user related problem (browser/PC configuration or internet connection).
Support can recover the recording if within 72 hours since it was created.
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- link to the room
- name of the candidate
- date and time of the recording
We will share the video with you through a shared folder, so that you can upload it directly to the platform.
