When a customer using MashMeTV starts the recording, the interviewer's video stream is still visible.
After starting the recording, the interviewer's camera does not turn black as expected.
These problems are usually related to active plugins or installed extensions in the browser used.
We recommend one of the following solutions:
- using an incognito window
- clearing cache and temporary files in the browser
- using another browser profile, without plugins/extensions
- using another supported browser (participants experiencing these issues with Chrome have confirmed that Edge works ok)
