How to manage content in a room

There are three methods of managing (load/share/edit) content in a virtual room:

  1. In the physical room (Presenter interface) - launching the virtual room, using the room CODE
    • This method uses indirectly Administrator credentials
  2. Remotely - using the Presenter link to room, logged with administrator credentials
  3. Remotely - using the Remote Presenter interface (user credentials)


a. Launching the Room

  1. Launch the room, following the article: How to launch the room
  2. Click on "Present"
  3. Select the file/s you want to modify and choose an action from the menu appearing on the top right corner


b. Using Administrator credentials

  1. Log into mashme.io using Administrator credentials
  2. Go to the top-left corner and expand the user menu using the small triangle next to the name
  3. Select "Update Profile"
  4. Account portal is opened
  5. Go to "Session Management"
  6. Navigate to the room you want to load/modify files into
  7. Open the link associated to Presenter:
  8. The Presenter interface will be loaded (similar to "Launching the Room" section)
  9. Click on "Present"
  10. Select the file/s you want to modify and choose an action from the menu appearing on the top right corner


c. Using the Remote Presenter interface

  1. Enter the room with the Remote Presenter link (provided by the admin) and your own credentials
    • You can also access the room selecting it from the list on the hall of rooms (as any regular participant)
  2. The Remote Presenter layout will be loaded
  3. Select the file/s you want to modify and choose an action from the menu appearing on the top right corner
