The Administrator user is presented with a 4XX (400, 401, and 403) error while connected to the Accounts Portal.
Under certain circumstances, the Administrator user might receive a 4XX error while creating a room or session.
These are the possible errors and the reason behind them:
- Error 400 → the Session Manager is trying to create a session in a room for which they are not the owner
- Error 401 → logged out - the Session Manager is not currently logged into mashme.io
- Error 403 → logged with a different user - the Session Manager is not currently logged into mashme.io and another user is logged in the same browser session
Make sure that the Session Manager is logged and remains logged into mashme.io while being in the Accounts Portal.
