How can a customer view restricted articles

The administrators of an organization will be able to see restricted-access articles in the help portal, once the user has been activated within it.

Upon request, the Support team will send an activation email, which contains the instructions to activate the account and choose a new password.

Once done, tickets will be accessible from the Help Portal: https://help.mashme.io/

How to view restricted articles?

  1. Enter the Help Portal (https://help.mashme.io/)
  2. Click on "Login to Help Portal" on the top right corner
  3. You will be redirected to https://help.mashme.io/support/login
  4. Introduce your email and your password
  5. Click on "Login"
  6. All the articles will now be visible to you in their corresponding folder, the logged-in user articles along with the public ones.
