When entering the mashme platform from a mobile device (screen size under 900px), there is no bubble chat to contact Support directly, as in any regular PC.
But help can be easily obtained following these steps:
- Click on your avatar image (top left corner), either from within a room or in the hall of rooms
- Choose “Help Center” from the menu
- A new tag will open with the help.mashme.iopage, where information can be searched or navigated
- Clicking on the chat bubble, you can request support assistance
- Once finished, you can close that tab and/or go back to the room tab
