How to contact Support from a mobile device

When entering the mashme platform from a mobile device (screen size under 900px), there is no bubble chat to contact Support directly, as in any regular PC.

But help can be easily obtained following these steps:

  1. Click on your avatar image (top left corner), either from within a room or in the hall of rooms
  2. Choose “Help Center” from the menu
  3. A new tag will open with the help.mashme.iopage, where information can be searched or navigated
  4. Clicking on the chat bubble, you can request support assistance
  5. Once finished, you can close that tab and/or go back to the room tab
