Participant gets presented with M208 error when trying to access the platform with SSO.
Participant is not able to log into the platform using SSO and gets the following error screen.
This error is generated because you have been authenticated by your corporate Identity Provider but are not authorized to access mashme, as you are using a wrong authentication method (SSO).
Although your organization is using SSO, your mashme account is not defined to use this method.
To be able to join mashme, you will need to use the standard authentication method (regular mashme username and password).
