Description
Assistant is not seen nor heard in the physical Room
Problem
When the assistant turns camera on and speaks (with Push To Talk system, as any other participant), they are not seen nor heard in the physical room, but they are seen and heard in the virtual room.
This is, other participants (including translator) can see and hear them, but not the presenter in room.
Cause
The Assistant Role was originally designed to be able to enter the virtual room as any other participant (with enhanced features) without occupying a seat in the room, hence, in the wall.
Not having an assigned position in wall has a negative consequence: they cannot be seen in room (although they do activate their camera) and, therefore, cannot be heard either.
Solution
There is an improvement in the future so that the assistant can be heard in the room, though not seen.
