To change the visibility of a file in a virtual room, please follow these steps:
- Enter the room in one of the ways described in this article
- Choose the file/s you want to show/hide in the room
- Click on the eye button to change the visibility of the file/s selected
- Note that files are loaded to room invisible by default.
Who can see hidden content?
Since release v3.9 (30th Sept 2020) all participants with moderation abilities (presenter, remote presenters and assistant) can see hidden files, hence, manage them - open, hide, download, rename, delete - no matter who uploaded them to the room.
Regular participants (students and translators) will only see (and be able to download) files that have been made visible.
