I have not received my credentials

When a user is first invited to mashme, they receive a welcome email with their credentials (email address and default password) and short instructions to join the platform:


What can I do if I have not received the welcome email?

  1. Check old emails: this may not be the first time you have been invited to a mashme session
  2. Check the spam folder
  3. Try to recover the password clicking on "Forgot password?" at mashme Login 
  4. Contact the administrator for your organization to check you have been correctly added to the platform
  5. Contact support either by chat (turquoise bubble, bottom right corner) or email (support@syncrtc.com)
