When a user is first invited to mashme, they receive a welcome email with their credentials (email address and default password) and short instructions to join the platform:
What can I do if I have not received the welcome email?
- Check old emails: this may not be the first time you have been invited to a mashme session
- Check the spam folder
- Try to recover the password clicking on "Forgot password?" at mashme Login
- Contact the administrator for your organization to check you have been correctly added to the platform
- Contact support either by chat (turquoise bubble, bottom right corner) or email (email@example.com)
