When a user is first invited to mashme, they receive a welcome email from contact@syncrtc.com with their credentials (email address and default password) and short instructions to join the platform:
What can I do if I have not received the welcome email?
- Check old emails from contact@syncrtc.com: this may not be the first time you have been invited to a mashme session
- Check the spam folder
- Try to recover the password clicking on "Forgot password?" at mashme Login (main article: How can I recover my password?) or use the magic link to access the room (check: Login to mashme.io)
- Contact the administrator for your organization to check you have been correctly added to the platform
- Contact support either by chat (turquoise bubble, bottom right corner) or email (support@syncrtc.com): Contact mashme.io support
