Participant gets presented with M102 error when trying to access a session with the link provided.
Participant is not able to log into the session and gets the following error screen.
This error is generated because the session does not allow guest login, only user member login and the participant has attempted to log in as a guest.
To connect to the session correctly, scroll down to the user login and log into the session with your email and the password of your user.
If this does not work, please copy the room link into an incognito browser window or clear the cache of your browser.
