How to load files into a room

There are two methods of loading files into a room:


  •     Using the administrator credentials
  •     Using the professor interface

Using the administrator credentials:

  1. Log into using the Administrator credentials

  2. Go to the top-left corner and expand the user menu using the small triangle next to the name

  3. Select "Update Profile"

  4. Account portal is opened

  5. Go to "Session Management"

  6. Navigate to the room you want  to load files into

  7. Copy the associated moderator link and open it in a new tab

  8. The room admin layout will be loaded

  9. Click "Present"

  10. Select "Upload" from this screen

  11. You can load the file from different locations ( Dropbox, Google Drive or computer)

  12. All files that you select will be uploaded into the room, power point presentations will be converted into PDF. It is recommended to save the presentation into PDF and then upload it.

  13. You can make the document visible/invisible to the students by clicking on the box of the file and then clicking on the icon shown below

As a professor:

1.-Once the room is launched, the room admin screen is loaded

2.-Please follow from step 8 onwards
