To load files into a virtual room, please follow these steps:
- Enter the room using the Presenter interface (procedure is similar using the Remote Presenter layout)
- Check our related article for further help: How to manage content in a room
- On the main menu, click on "Present"
- Select "Upload" from this screen
- Files can be loaded from three different locations: Dropbox, Google Drive or user's computer
- For the first two options, a login popup window will show (if they were not already logged in)

- For the third option, the computer directory will open and allow navigation

- All files will be uploaded into the virtual room, hidden by default.
- They can be made visible/invisible to the participants by selecting the file and clicking the eye button
- Power Point presentations will be converted into PDF
- It is recommended to first save the presentation into PDF and then upload it to room
