The administrators of an organization will be able to see all their tickets through the help portal, once the user has been activated within it.
Upon request, the Support team will send an activation email, which contains the instructions to activate the account and choose a new password.
Once done, tickets will be accessible from the Help Portal: https://help.mashme.io/
How to view all my tickets?
- Enter the Help Portal (https://help.mashme.io/)
- Navigate to My Tickets
- You will be redirected to the Login page, as you must be logged to have access
- Introduce your email and your password
- You will see the list of tickets for your organization (https://help.mashme.io/support/tickets)
There are two dropdown boxes with visualization options, as well as the possibility of exporting the tickets.
