The administrators of an organization would be able to see their´s organization ticket through the help portal one the user has been activated within the portal.
Upon request, the Support team will send an activation email with the instructions to activate and select a password for the account.
Once the user has set the desired password. Tickets will be accessible from the Help Portal:
- Navigate to My Tickets
- You are taken to the Login into Help Center page, as you must be logged to have access
- Introduce your email and the password
- You will be taken to https://help.mashme.io/support/tickets where you would see the list of tickets of your organization
There are visualization options in the two dropdown boxes as well as having the possibility of exporting the tickets.
