What to do if a recording fails or has errors (audio or video)

When a recording is scheduled with a session or is manually started from the room administrator, a recording bot with a student view is started and will record the session for the time set for the recording.

For multi-language sessions, for the recording to be completed in both languages, the recording should be scheduled automatically with the session and not manually.

Apart of the main recording bot, and for backup purposes, the platform will also start a backup bot that will perform the recording of the session with the same configuration as the main bot. 

If after the recording time ends, the recording of the main bot fails in any way (is not appearing on the room, is appearing but with audio and/or video errors), the QA or Development team members should be contacted so that they can review the recording of the backup bot and replace the recording files if needed.
