Connectivity Troubleshooting


If you receive an error relating to Connectivity in https://test.mashme.io or you cannot access this link at all please check the following:


Step 1:  Check your computer is connected to a network:


         -Windows

         -Mac


Step 2:  Make sure that you are connected to the Internet


        Open a supported Web Browser such as Google Chrome and browse to:


            https://www.google.com

            https://www.mashme.io

            https://www.wikipedia.org 


            

Step 3:  Check if your firewall and security settings are not blocking access.


        Check with your network administrator that the following ports are open:


            TCP: 80 & 443 (for the chat and presentation part of the platform)

            UDP: 36000-59999 (for the video and audio part of the platform)

         

Step 4:  Try connecting to the internet using a different network.
