How do I access a file in the room?

To collaboratively access a file in a virtual room, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the room in one of the ways described in this article
2. Choose the file you want to share
   • Note that only compatible files can be shared collaboratively: .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, .BMP, .MP3, .MP4

3. Click on the open button to present the file selected (upwards arrow icon)
4. Alternatively to steps 2 & 3, hover the mouse over the file and click "Open"
5. The file will open both in the room and in the student view
