How do I add other users who are not in my team?

Currently only the members of your team and the rooms that you created appear. In order to speak to people outside of your organization you have to invite them to a room through your email address. We recommend that you frequently visit our Roadmap section to see when the option to add other users (who are outside of your organization) to your contact list will be available.
